Exegesis of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "So he has no strength and no helper."

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :
(9) The Day when secrets will be put on trial, (10) Then man will have no power or any helper. يوم تبلى السرائر * فما له من قوة ولا ناصر
[At-Tariq 86:9-10]
So who has no strength? To whom does the pronoun refer? It refers to the human being. He has no strength and no helper. This means that he himself is not strong, so he has no inherent power and no helper; he finds no one to support him. Pay attention to this reality: on the Day of Resurrection, the heart will be tested. On the Day of Resurrection, there is no strength to ward off [the trial], and on the Day of Resurrection, no one will support you. This is a small part of what Allah the Mighty and Majestic has made easy in His speech regarding this surah.
