The Meaning of the Statement of Allah the Exalted: "Will the disbelievers be recompensed for what they used to do?"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Allah the Mighty and Majestic said:
Have the disbelievers [not] been rewarded [this Day] for what they used to do? هل ثوب الكفار ما كانوا يفعلون
[Al-Mutaffifin 83:36]
The sentence here is interrogative, and the intended meaning of the interrogation is what? It is minimization and affirmation.
Now, a similar verse passed by us this morning. What was it? This morning, yesterday in the lesson, yesterday in the lesson of the day before yesterday, a similar verse passed by us: "Will the disbelievers be recompensed?" We said the interrogation here is for verification.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : Yes, now rest.
Has there [not] come upon man a period of time when he was not a thing [even] mentioned? هل أتى على الإنسان حين من الدهر لم يكن شيئاً مذكوراً
[Al-Insan 76:1]
And glory be to Allah! Knowledge reminds one part of it of another.
