Explanation of how to conclude the prayer with the closing salam.

The Shaykh : As for the salam, one also turns to the right and says, "Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy," and turns to the left and says, "Peace be upon you and Allah's mercy."

The Shaykh : If one adds "and His blessings," it is reported in some narrations that he added "and His blessings" in the first salam. Some scholars said that this is an anomalous narration that is not acted upon.
