What is your opinion on declaring some callers to Islam as open sinners due to differences in methods of da'wah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. He says:The questioner : Your Eminence, among those working in da'wah, there are those who declare their fellow callers to Islam as open sinners because of their disagreement with them regarding some methods of da'wah. What is your statement on this matter?

The Shaykh : My statement is that it is not permissible for us to declare anyone an open sinner for disagreeing with our opinion on matters of independent legal reasoning. This is absolutely not permissible, and this is the cause of the division of the Muslims. Can a person claim that his independent legal reasoning is a proof against others? Answer, everyone.
The student: ...

The Shaykh : It is not possible. If he claimed this, we would say that you have placed yourself in the position of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). You, my brother, have your independent legal reasoning, and he has his. Disagreement has existed from the time of the Companions until today. Then, we say that if you disagree with your brother on something he believes is indicated by the Book and the Sunnah, he has not actually disagreed with you. Why? Because the goal is the same. Each of you wants to rule by what? By what is indicated by the Book and the Sunnah. So he has not disagreed with you. If he has not disagreed with you, how can you declare him an innovator or an open sinner? Then, if you claim that your statement is a proof against him, he will say that my statement is a proof against you. Yes.
