What is the ruling on figurative interpretation in oaths for the sake of reconciliation between people?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : There is a problem between people in a family, so he wanted to reconcile them. After they agreed, this person said, meaning, do not tell the person that I told you about this matter. He wants reconciliation for this man, so he went to this man and made him swear, saying, "You, you did not say to so-and-so..." The man said, "By Allah, he did not say it to me." He made him swear to what? He wants to reconcile between them. Is there anything upon him?

The Shaykh : It is obligatory for him to use figurative interpretation. He should say, "By Allah, he did not say it to me." For example, if he said it to him during the day, he should say, "He did not say it to me at night," intending this. This is what is obligatory. However, since he is ignorant, there is nothing upon him.
