Does the school prayer area take on the ruling of a mosque, such that it is not permissible for menstruating female students to sit in it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The honorable Shaykh, there is a school with a prayer area prepared specifically for the midday prayer. At the time of the midday prayer, the girls are forced to enter, and some of them may be menstruating. Does this prayer area have the ruling of a mosque, meaning that it is not permissible to sit in it? And when they sit in the classrooms, perhaps some immoral things happen. Is it permissible to force them to enter this prayer area?

The Shaykh : The prayer area in schools does not have the ruling of a mosque; rather, it is a prayer area. A place where prayer is performed is not considered a mosque. A mosque is what is prepared for prayer in a general sense, arranged, and designated. As for merely taking a place to pray in, that does not make it a mosque. Accordingly, it is permissible for a menstruating woman to enter it and stay in it.

The questioner : Regarding the festival prayer.

The Shaykh : No, one question.

The questioner : The same question.

The Shaykh : Yes, ask after the night prayer; there are people ahead of you.
