The reciter: Musa ibn Isma'il narrated to us, saying: Hammam narrated to us, saying: Isaq informed us from Anas ibn Malik:
That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw an Arab man urinating in the mosque, so he said: "Let him be." When he had finished, he called for water and poured it over him. أن النبي صلّى الله عليه وسلم رأى اعرابيا يبول في المسجد فقال : دعوه . حتى إذا فرغ دعا بماء فصبه عليه
