The Shaykh : These chapters were categorized by al-Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him), and they are in a single hadith narrated by Anas and Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with them both). The story is that an Arab entered the mosque, and there was an open space in the mosque; an open space means a wide area. It was the Arab's habit that whenever he needed to relieve himself, he would sit and relieve himself in the open desert. So he assumed that this practice was established in this open area or wide space, and he sat down to urinate. When the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) saw him, they rebuked him and stopped him, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stopped them and said: and he said: Jami` at-Tirmidhi 147Sahih (Darussalam). When he finished urinating, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that a bucket of water be poured over it, meaning a bucket. Then he called the Arab and said: or as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said.
