The meaning of the poet's statement: "And their descent is also established there, *** just as their descent is also here for the occasion"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And their descent is also established there *** just as their descent is also here for the occasion"
Yes, their descent and their ascent. "And their descent is also established there ***" is a reference to the Day of Resurrection.
"Established ***" because it is established that the angels descend from the sky, as Allah the Exalted said:
And your Lord has come and the angels, rank upon rank, وجاء ربك والملك صفا صفا
[Al-Fajr 89:22]
"*** just as their descent is also here in this world for the occasion"
As Allah the Exalted said regarding their descent in this world:
The angels and the Spirit descend therein تنزل الملائكة والروح فيها
[Al-Qadr 97:4]

"And the descent, and the descent of this, and this will be removed"
"And their ascent after the judgment is like their ascent *** also here, so they have two occasions"
Their ascent on the Day of Resurrection is after the judgment. Judgment of what? It means after Allah the Exalted judges between the creatures, and the angels are in rows, and the matter is concluded, the angels ascend, as Allah the Exalted said:
And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, exalting [Allah] with praise of their Lord. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds." وترى الملائكة حافين من حول العرش يسبحون بحمد ربهم وقضي بينهم بالحق وقيل الحمد لله رب العالمين
[Az-Zumar 39:75]

"And their ascent after the judgment ***" means after the judgment between the servants.
"*** like their ascent also here" They ascend here. Yes, the angels ascend from the earth to the sky. Among them are the angels assigned to the protection of humans. For a human has angels assigned to them at night and angels during the day. When the angels of the day come, the angels of the night ascend, and when the angels of the night come, the angels of the day ascend.
"And this ceiling will be removed on the Day of our resurrection *** so their ascent is to the Throne and the Most Merciful"
He says that the ceiling, which is the sky, will be removed. The evidence for this is the saying of Allah the Exalted:
The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records يوم نطوي السماء كطي السجل للكتب
[Al-Anbya 21:104]
If that is the case, their ascent from the earth remains to where? To the Throne directly. For this reason, he said: "*** so their ascent is to the Throne and the Most Merciful"
