The meaning of the poet's statement: "And likewise the people of hadith, for they *** have struck for them and for you with this two examples"

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And likewise the people of hadith, for they *** have struck for them and for you with this two examples"
"With this" means with the prohibition of cursing the gods of the polytheists so that they do not curse Allah. Similarly, the people of the Sunnah, the people of hadith, refrained from cursing you so that you would not curse their methodology and curse their evidence from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger.
"They cursed you, the ignorant among them, and thereby you *** cursed the Sunnah of the Messenger and the army of faith"
This means that the ignorant among the people of the Sunnah began to curse the leaders of the people of innovation with ugly cursing. What did that lead to? He said:
"And thereby you *** cursed the Sunnah of the Messenger and the army of faith"
You thereby cursed the Sunnah and the people of the Sunnah.
"And you turned your foolish ones away from them and from *** the saying of the Messenger, and this is from transgression"
You turned your foolish ones away from them, meaning from the people of hadith, and from the saying of the Messenger. This is undoubtedly from transgression and exceeding the limit.
