Reading from the poet’s words: “Do you curse them as enemies though you are not their equal…” to his words: “Allah is the Greatest; how can the two be equal?”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: “Do you curse them as enemies though you are not their equal? *** So Allah redeems His party with the one who commits the transgression.
A people who are closer to Allah and then His Messenger *** are more worthy and nearer to you in faith.
How vast is the difference between those who abandon His texts *** truly for the sake of the garbage of minds,
and those who abandon them for the opinions of those *** whose opinions are a kind of nonsense.
When Satan corrupted their ears, *** their heads became heavy regarding the Qur'an.
So they slept over it until they became *** playing around like children.
And the caravan has reached the heights and oriented themselves *** from a noble land, the horizon of faith.
And they came to its gardens and oriented themselves *** from the land of Makkah, the horizon of the Qur'an.”

The Shaykh : Allah is the Greatest!
The reader: “A people when the text is confronted *** they fly to it in the plural and the singular.
And when the knowledge of guidance appears, they race to it *** like the racing of knights on a day of wager.
And when they hear of an innovator who raves, *** they cry out against him everywhere.
They inherited from the Messenger of Allah, but others *** have gone with deficiency and deprivation.
And when others belittle the text, they *** do not raise their heads from loss.
They bite down on it with their teeth, desiring it, *** and it is not belittled in their possession.
They are not like those who cast away the Book in reality *** and recitation intentionally by leaving so-and-so.
They set it aside in meaning and turned to other than it *** like Abu al-Rabi' the caliph of the sultan.
They mentioned it above the minbars and in the street *** they inscribed its name on the face of the prices.
And the command and prohibition obeyed is for other than it, *** and for the one who is guided, two examples are struck.
O minds, is it equal for the one who said with the *** Qur'an, the athar, and the proof,
and the one who contradicts this and the fitrah of his Lord? *** Allah is the Greatest; how can the two be equal?”
