In the hadith: (until it occurs to a person and his soul, saying, remember such and such), is it a report of reality or does it contain a threat?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O Shaykh, may Allah reward you. In this hadith, is it purely a report of reality, or does it contain a type of threat?

The Shaykh : No, may Allah bless you. The hadith of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding reality does not mean approving of it or being pleased with it. The issue remains whether the reality conforms to the Shari'ah or not. However, the reality is that this is a reality that conforms to the Shari'ah. How? Because a person is not held accountable for these whispers. Therefore, the correct view is that his prayer is valid. But does his report that a woman travels from Sana'a to Hadramawt, fearing nothing but Allah and the wolf for her sheep, mean that it is permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram? Does his report that we will follow the ways of those before us mean that we are permitted to do so? No, yes.
