What is the ruling on one who leaves the Friday prayer three times in a row?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the ruling on one who leaves the Friday prayer three times in a row? I hope for your guidance in this matter?

The Shaykh : It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
Whoever leaves three Friday congregations out of negligence, Allah will seal upon his heart.
And he said:
People should stop neglecting Jumu'ah
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1370Sahih (Darussalam)
meaning: regarding their leaving the Friday congregations
or Allah will place a seal on their hearts and they will be deemed as being among the negligent.
Sunan an-Nasa'i 1370Sahih (Darussalam)
So one must be cautious of being negligent with the Friday prayer, and it is obligatory for a person, when he hears the call to prayer, to hasten to it and to leave off selling and to leave off everything that distracts him, due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:
O you who have believed, when [the adhan] is called for the prayer on the day of Jumu'ah [Friday], then proceed to the remembrance of Allah and leave trade. That is better for you, if you only knew.
[Al-Jumu'ah 62:9]
The scholars of knowledge said: If one sells or buys after the second call to Friday prayer, which is made in the presence of the preacher, then his sale and purchase are not valid, because it is prohibited, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He who did any act for which there is no sanction from our behalf, that is to be rejected.
Sahih Muslim 1718b
meaning: it is rejected and not considered valid in the Shari'ah. Yes.

The questioner : He has another question about.
