Discussion of the Third Millennium.

The Shaykh : And I am amazed at a group of disbelievers who have been making a fuss and raising a clamor about what they call the third millennium, which they claim will be the site of events and problems. They have taken an ill omen from it. I hope that Allah the Exalted will turn their ill omen back upon themselves. Amen. Say, "Amen." Amen. And may their ill omen be a bad omen for the Muslims. Amen, O Lord of the worlds. These rabble feared what they call the third millennium. And among their foolishness is that they made the end of two thousand years the beginning of the third millennium. When does the third millennium begin, people? When does it begin? After a year. They made this year, which is only a few days away, the beginning of the third millennium. And if Allah wills to expose a people, it becomes a mark upon their heads.
