What is the ruling on raising the voice with dhikr after the obligatory prayer?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May the Shaykh be respected, what is the ruling on raising the voice with dhikr after the prayer?

The Shaykh : Yes, raising the voice with dhikr after the obligatory prayer.

The questioner : The obligatory prayer, yes.

The Shaykh : It is a recommended practice (sunnah).

The questioner : And the evidence, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : Unless there is a man next to you who is making up a missed prayer, and you fear that if you raise your voice you will disturb him, then do not raise your voice.

The questioner : And the evidence, O Shaykh?

The Shaykh : The evidence is the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) in *al-Bukhari*, he said:
Raising the voice with dhikr when the people finished the obligatory prayer was the practice during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and I used to know the end of his prayer by that. كان رفع الصوت بالذكر حين ينصرف الناس من المكتوبة على عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وكنت أعرف انقضاء صلاته بذلك
Yes, that is correct.
