The recommended practice of raising the voice in dhikr after the obligatory prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: What is the ruling on raising the voice in dhikr after the obligatory prayer? The Shaykh: It is a recommended practice, unless there is a man next to you who is reciting the adhkar and you fear that raising your voice will disturb him; in that case, do not raise your voice.

The questioner: And what is the evidence, O Shaykh? The Shaykh: The evidence is the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) in Sahih al-Bukhari, in which he said: "Raising the voice in dhikr when the people finished the obligatory prayer was the practice during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and I used to know the end of my prayer by that."
