Who said that the answer that Allah is in the sky is not sufficient for "La ilaha illa Allah" because the disbelievers know that Allah is in the sky?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The question of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to her:
Where is Allah أين الله
, so how do we respond to those who say that this is not evidence of faith, because the polytheists say that Allah is in the sky,
Do you feel secure that He who [holds authority] in the heaven أأمنتم من في السماء
[Al-Mulk 67:16]
.

The Shaykh : "Where is Allah?" is a question from the most eloquent of creation.

The questioner : It does not serve to distinguish.

The Shaykh : How does it not serve to distinguish? The polytheist says: "My god is on the earth," yes, and he has another god as well, but this is a limitation.
