The reciter: And Muhammad ibn Rafi' and 'Abd ibn Hamid narrated to me. 'Abd said: He informed us, and Ibn Rafi' said: 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us. 'Abd al-Razzaq informed us from Ma'mar from al-Zuhri from Ibn al-Musayyib from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
He who eats of this plant (garlic) should not approach our mosque and should not harm us with the odour of garlic. من أكل من هذه الشجرة فلا يقربن مسجدنا ولا يؤذينا بريح الثوم
