Is every person who calls out for lost items in the mosque to be cursed, even if he is ignorant?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In some places, for example, the one calling out for a lost item might be a relative of yours, your father, your maternal uncle, or your paternal uncle. Do you say to him from the start, “May Allah not return it to you”...?

The Shaykh : What do you say about this? That is, do we say to every person who calls out for lost items in the mosque, and we know that he is ignorant and does not know the rulings regarding mosques, that the apparent text says yes, even if he is ignorant? However, the matter remains to be considered if there is a fear of severing family ties. Should one say that? We say: Speak the truth and let not the blame of any blamer affect you in Allah. Then explain to him that mosques were not built for this. Then, if you see from him anger, go out with him, kiss his head, and appease him. Say, “This is the Sunnah, and you love good and love the Shari'ah,” and appease him.
