The reciter: Muhammad ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Numayr narrated to us, saying: My father narrated to us, saying: 'Ubayd Allah narrated to us, saying: Nafi' narrated to me
From Ibn 'Umar that he called for the prayer on a night with cold, wind, and rain, and said: In the end of his call, "Pray in your tents! Pray in the tents!" Then he said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to order the mu'adhdhin, if it was a cold night or a night with rain while traveling, to say: 'Pray in your tents!'"
