The reciter: And Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to us, saying: Jarir narrated to us from al-A'mash from Tamim ibn Sulaym from 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr from 'A'ishah, who said:

The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray at night, and when he performed the witr prayer, he would say: "Get up and perform the witr, O 'A'ishah."
