Does the imam sin if he bows before the ma'mum is able to recite al-Fatihah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : Some of the ma'mum lag behind the imam. Does the imam sin if he bows before the ma'mum has finished al-Fatihah after the first tashahhud?

The Shaykh : Who is the one who bowed?

The questioner : The imam, meaning if this ma'mum is a person and the imam bowed before the ma'mum finished al-Fatihah because he was originally late, late in sitting, and did not stand up.

The Shaykh : I say, may Allah reward you: The imam must adhere to the Sunnah in his leading of the prayer. If he adheres to the Sunnah, then whoever makes a mistake, it is upon himself. However, he should not deviate from the Sunnah in order to please people, as some imams do, who lighten the prayer in a way that contradicts the Sunnah in order to please people or some of them. Then it becomes attractive to them that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When one of you leads the people in prayer then let him be brief إذا أم أحدكم الناس فليخفف
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 236Sahih (Darussalam)
The meaning of lightening here is what was in the manner of the prayer of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family). For this reason, Anas ibn Malik said:
I never prayed behind an imam , who was more brief or more perfect in his prayer than the Prophet ما صليت وراء إمام قط أخف صلاة ولا أتم صلاة من النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم
Mishkat al-Masabih 1129
He must also consider the ma'mum. For example, if it is after the first tashahhud, the recitation is silent, so he should recite al-Fatihah verse by verse as he used to recite it when he raised his voice. I mean, some imams are certain that after the first tashahhud, they recite al-Fatihah faster than they did when reciting aloud. What I see is that he should recite it in a measured manner, verse by verse. First: because this is the Sunnah. Second: so that those behind him are able to recite al-Fatihah. As for the one who lags behind, we look at whether he lags behind for an excuse, such as a man for whom standing is difficult. In this case, we say: if he stands up, he recites al-Fatihah and completes it, even if the imam has already bowed, or even if he has bowed and raised his head, he completes al-Fatihah, then bows, then raises his head and follows the imam. But if he lags behind the imam out of laziness, then this affects him. Yes.
