What is the ruling on writing "in His name, the Exalted" on papers that may be thrown in the streets?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : The second?

The questioner : Writing "in His name, the Exalted."

The Shaykh : As for writing "in His name, the Exalted," it is not permissible to write "in His name, the Exalted" in the first place; it is forbidden, because it deviates from what is in the Qur'an. The Qur'an says, "In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Bestower of Mercy." Also, perhaps the one who says "in His name, the Exalted" is a polytheist who wants a wali (close friend of Allah) from the awliya (close friends of Allah), or an imam from the imams whom he believes to be imams, and he writes "in his name" meaning the name of the imam he considers an imam. So the pronoun here has no clear referent. The obligatory thing is to write "in the name of Allah." We have not seen anyone write "in His name, the Exalted" except the people of innovation, because they may believe that their awliya (close friends of Allah) or their imams are the ones who manage the universe, so they seek blessing from their names and say "in His name, the Exalted" without specifying the referent of the pronoun so that their matter does not become clear. Yes.
