If the name 'Abd is followed by the family name Ramadan, which is not part of the compound name

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 5630 )
Q: I submit to your review that my name is: Ali Muhammad al-Hajj 'Abd, and my family name is Ramadan, so my full name is: Ali Muhammad al-Hajj 'Abd Ramadan. My name is Ali, my father's name is Muhammad, my grandfather's name is al-Hajj 'Abd, and my family name is Ramadan. I have children who are studying in schools, and the Ministry of Education has requested a fatwa stating that this name does not conflict with the Shari'ah. Since this name is the basis for birth certificates, passports, and previous school certificates, I ask that you issue a fatwa to that effect. May Allah preserve you and protect you.
A: If the situation is as described, there is no Shari'ah objection to keeping the name
mentioned in its entirety as it is; because his grandfather's name is not a worship of Ramadan; because (Ramadan) is a title and not a completion of his grandfather's name. And even if it were a completion of it, a Muslim is not obligated to change his grandfather's name; rather, he is only required to change his own name if it is polytheistic, ugly, or repulsive. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
