What is the ruling on the greeting of the mosque during the prohibited times?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you, O Shaykh. What is the ruling on the greeting of the mosque during the prohibited times?

The Shaykh : There is no harm in it. I will point you to a benefit: every prayer that has a cause is not prohibited. Understand the rule: every prayer that has a cause is not prohibited. Did you understand this?

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Okay, do the two rak'ahs of tawaf have a cause or not?

The questioner : They have a cause.

The Shaykh : So pray, even if you performed tawaf during 'Asr. The sunnah of wudu' has a cause; if you perform wudu' after 'Asr, pray the sunnah of wudu'. The prayer for the eclipse: if the sun eclipses after 'Asr, pray the prayer for the eclipse. The prayer of istikharah for a matter that will be missed before the prohibition ends: pray that too. The important thing is that the rule with us is that every prayer that has a cause is not prohibited.
And the evidence for this, first:
That the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed the Fajr prayer one day in Mina. When he finished the prayer, he found two men who had not prayed. He said, "Why did you not pray?" They said, "We prayed in our tents." He said, "When you come to the mosque of the congregation, pray with them, for it will be a voluntary prayer for you."
Yes.

The questioner : Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Did you take a question before?

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : The one who did not take it did not take it; the one who did not take it did not take it.

The questioner : It is me, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Please, go ahead.
