Explanation of the Book of Clothing-03b

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Yahya ibn Bukayr narrated to us, saying: Al-Layth narrated to us from Yunus from Ibn Shihab, saying: 'Amir ibn Sa'd informed me that Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said:
God’s Messenger forbade two ways of dressing and two types of business transaction. He forbade mulamasa and munabadha in a business transaction. نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلّم عن لبستين وعن بيعتين، نهى عن الملامسة والمنابذة في البيع
Mishkat al-Masabih 2853
And *mulamasah* is when a man touches the garment of another with his hand, by night or by day, and does not turn it over except by that.
And *munabadhah* is when a man throws his garment to another man, and the other throws his garment to him, and that becomes their sale without inspection or mutual consent.
And the two types of wearing are *ishtimal al-samaw*, and *al-samaw* is when he places his garment on one of his shoulders, so that one of his sides is exposed without a garment on it. And the other type of wearing is when he wraps himself in his garment while sitting, with nothing of it covering his private parts.
