The reciter: Abdullah ibn Muslimah narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Sa'd narrated to us, from Ibn Shihab, from 'Umarah, from A'ishah, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The hand of the thief is to be cut off for one-quarter of a Dinar or more. تقطع اليد في ربع دينار فصاعدا
