The Shaykh : The first: The one who judges by other than what Allah has revealed, believing that it is better than Allah’s ruling or equal to it, is a disbeliever. Why? Because he has lied about the saying of Allah the Exalted: [Al-Ma'idah 5:50] and His saying: [At-Tin 95:8].
The second: The one who replaces Allah’s religion with a man-made law, meaning he takes the man-made law in place of Allah’s religion and imposes it, compelling people to judge by it and follow it, is also a disbeliever.
But who is better than Allah in judgement for a people who are certain [in faith].
