What is the last time for the Dhuha prayer, and what is the best time to perform it?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you.
Noble Shaykh, when is the last time for the Dhuha prayer, and what is the best time for the Dhuha prayer?

The Shaykh : The first time for the Dhuha prayer is when the sun has risen the height of a spear, which is approximately fifteen minutes after sunrise. Its time ends before the sun reaches its zenith, meaning when the time of prohibition begins, which is ten minutes before the sun reaches its zenith.
This prayer is among the prayers that should be performed in the last part of its time. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The prayer of the penitents is when the young camels are scorched by the heat. صلاة الأوابين تَرمِض الفصال
meaning when the heat of the sun is intense, but before the sun reaches its zenith by about fifteen minutes. This is the best time. If this time is not feasible for a person because he is occupied with work, study, or trade, he should pray it when the sun has risen the height of a spear, meaning about fifteen minutes or slightly more after sunrise, and the requirement is thereby fulfilled. Yes.
