What is the authenticity of the attribution to Imam Ahmad that his statement regarding the saying of Allah the Exalted, "Your Lord has come," means "The command of your Lord has come"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : It is narrated from Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said:
And your Lord has come وَجَاءَ رَبُّكَ
and the command of your Lord has come

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : So some of them cited this in one of his books, and said: The madhhab of Imam Ahmad is tafwid (delegation).

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : And Imam Ahmad—while he is the imam of the people of the Sunnah—resorted to ta'wil (figurative interpretation) in this verse.

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : So what is the authenticity of the narration from Imam Ahmad, and what?

The Shaykh : Yes, may Allah reward you.
First: It is necessary to establish this from Imam Ahmad.
The second thing: If it is assumed that he (may Allah have mercy on him) erred in this issue, which he does not approve of in the generality of his speech, that does not mean that he is infallible and that his opinion is accepted.
The third thing: You mentioned that he delegates (tafwid), and this in its absolute sense is subject to consideration, because tafwid is of two types: delegation of the meaning, and delegation of the modality.
So the people of the Sunnah and the community delegate the modality, and they do not delegate the meaning; rather, they affirm it, establish it, explain it, and categorize it. So whoever claims that the people of the Sunnah are those who say by tafwid, meaning delegation of the meaning, has lied about them.
And Shaykh al-Islam (may Allah have mercy on him) mentioned in his book "The Repulsion of the Conflict Between Reason and Revelation" that the statement of the people of tafwid is among the worst of the statements of the people of innovation and deviation.
This is what some people say: that it is the madhhab of the people of the Sunnah and the community, tafwid. And therefore they say: The people of the Sunnah are two groups: the delegators (mufawwidah).
And the interpreters (muyawwilah). And this is a great error. The people of the Sunnah are interpreters, and the people of the Sunnah are delegators, but they interpret when the evidence points to interpretation, and they delegate the modality, but as for the meaning, they do not delegate it.
And the summary of the answer to your question is: We say that if this is authentic from Imam Ahmad, then Imam Ahmad is not infallible, but I do not think it is authentic. This is asking this question.
