The Book of Hajj-09a

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reciter: Isma'il ibn Ibrahim narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us. And Zuhayr ibn Harb narrated to me, and the wording is his, Ruh ibn Ubayd narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, Mansur ibn 'Abd al-Rahman narrated to me, from his mother Safiyyah bint Shaybah, from Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with them both), who said: We went out in a state of ihram, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever has a sacrificial animal with him, let him remain in his state of ihram, and whoever does not have a sacrificial animal with him, let him exit the state of ihram. I did not have a sacrificial animal with me, so I exited the state of ihram. And al-Zubayr had a sacrificial animal with him, so he did not exit the state of ihram. She said: So I put on my clothes, then I went out and sat with al-Zubayr. He said: Get away from me. I said: Are you afraid that I will jump on you?
Sunan al-Bayhaqi 4:77
.

The Shaykh : Because she is in a state of halal and he is in a state of ihram.
This is a matter of playful banter; she knows that she will not do it.
If she does jump on him, then give her a ruling based on what you see, but on the condition that this is within its proper time.
