That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade temporary marriage (mut'ah) during the time of the conquest, specifically the temporary marriage of women, and that his father had engaged in temporary marriage with two red Bardin cloths. أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن المتعة زمان الفتح متعة النساء وأن أباه كان تمتع ببردين أحمرين
