The reciter: And Muhammad ibn Rafi' narrated to me, and 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, and Sufyan informed us, from Ayyub and Khalid al-Hadha', from Abu Qilabah, from Anas, who said:
It is the Sunnah to stay with a virgin (after having married her) for a week. من السنة أن يقيم عند البكر سبعا

Khalid said: "If I wished, I would have said it was raised to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)".
