The Shaykh : The apparent meaning of these hadiths is that it is necessary that he be punished, so it becomes a specific exception from the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء
. It is also possible to interpret this based on the verse.
