Third: It necessitates false implications that are not befitting of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He).

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He said: "And it is not possible for one who knows Allah the Exalted and His true worth" meaning He is great in a manner befitting His greatness, "and who knows the meaning of 'mua'iyah' in the Arabic language in which the Qur'an was revealed, to say: 'The reality of Allah's companionship with His creation necessitates that He be mixed with them or present in them.'" Why is this not possible? Because this is a companionship attributed to Allah Mighty and Majestic. If it is a companionship attributed to Allah, it must be befitting of Him. It is known that if it were said to necessitate mixing with the creation in their places, that would contradict the exclusive attribution that is befitting of Allah. Think now: is it possible for any person to say that Allah is with you in the bathroom if you are in the bathroom? I seek refuge in Allah. It is absolutely impossible. If it is not possible, we say that it does not necessitate mixing. Rather, it is a companionship attributed to Allah, like His other attributes. So, when that becomes clear, he said: "let alone that it necessitates that." Those who say that Allah is with us in every place say that this is necessitated by companionship. We have previously given you examples that companionship is used for one who has distances between him and others, such as Badr between Medina and Mecca. For example, a man sitting in the command room says to the soldiers, "I am with you," while he is far away. Everyone says, "The moon is with us." A prisoner says, "The moon is with us, or on our right, or on our left." Where is its position? In the sky. And it is one of the smallest signs of Allah Mighty and Majestic. When the falsity of this statement becomes clear, it is established that the truth is the second statement.
