The real presence of Allah with His creation.

The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions:
We have previously mentioned that Allah the Exalted has a real presence with His creation, because that is the apparent meaning of the Qur'an. However, this presence is attributed to Allah Blessed and Exalted is He, so it cannot contradict His perfection. Can it be said that it is a presence of mixing? The answer is no, because that contradicts the perfection of Allah Mighty and Majestic. Indeed, Allah Glorified and Exalted is He is above everything. His being above is established by the Book, the Sunnah, the consensus of the Salaf, reason, and the innate disposition. Rather, we say that it is a real presence attributed to Allah, which necessitates that it be a presence specific to Him.
As for dividing the presence into categories, that is not the place for it. We are now mentioning what? The rules of this book. These are rules of the same type as the principles of jurisprudence for fiqh. The details have passed us by, and praise be to Allah, in the al-Aqidah al-Wasitiyyah.
