The Shaykh :"And let him beware of what some people do in that they build their belief or their practice upon a specific school of jurisprudence, so when they see the texts of the Book and the Sunnah contrary to it, they try to divert these texts to what agrees with that school through forced interpretations, making the Book and the Sunnah followers rather than those followed, and making everything else besides them a leader rather than a follower. And this is one of the paths of the people of desire, not the followers of guidance. And Allah has censured this path in His saying:
But if the Truth had followed their inclinations, the heavens and the earth and whoever is in them would have been ruined. Rather, We have brought them their message, but they, from their message, are turning away. ولو اتبع الحق أهواءهم لفسدت السموات والأرض ومن فيهن بل أتيناهم بذكرهن فهم عن ذكرهم معرضون
[Al-Mu'minun 23:71]
.
And the one who looks at the paths of people in this matter sees the most amazing things, and he knows the intensity of his need to turn to his Lord in asking for guidance and steadfastness upon the truth, and seeking refuge from misguidance and deviation. And whoever asks Allah with sincerity and need for Him, knowing the self-sufficiency of his Lord from him and his own need for his Lord, is worthy that Allah the Exalted should respond to his request. Allah the Exalted says:
And when My servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning Me - indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided. وإذا سألك عبادي عني فإني قريب أجيب دعوة الداع إذا دعان فليستجيبوا لي وليؤمنوا بي لعلهم يرشدون
[Al-Baqarah 2:186]
So we ask Allah the Exalted to make us among those who saw the truth as truth and followed it, and saw the falsehood as falsehood and avoided it. And to make us guides and guided, and righteous and reformers, and that He not let our hearts deviate after He has guided us, and that He grant us from Him mercy, for indeed He is the Bestower.
And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, by whose blessings good deeds are completed, and blessings and peace be upon the Prophet of Mercy, the guide of the nation to the path of the Mighty, the Praiseworthy, by the permission of their Lord, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.

And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and the book has ended. And we ask Allah the Exalted that we have benefited from it, and that He benefits us with it and with similar books of the truth. Yes, what?
