Those who deny the attribute of the hand: should we not say to them that the Jews said, "The hand of Allah is bound," and they affirmed it, so they are better than you?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Those who deny the hand for Allah, those who deny the hand for Allah.

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : What do we say to them... regarding the Jews and the Christians who said, "The hand of Allah is bound"? How can it be a blessing?

The Shaykh : The Jews?

The questioner : The Jews... they are the disbelievers who affirmed...

The Shaykh : That is, the Jews affirmed it, while these people denied it, so in this matter the Jews are better than these people.

The questioner : The blessing of Allah is bound.

The Shaykh : It does not make sense, nor is the power of Allah bound. The bottom line is, we ask Allah for well-being. These distorters, these distorters have gone beyond the limit, meaning that some of them said, and some of the Salaf said: "Indeed, I, I, I speak about the statement of the Jews and the Christians, and I do not speak about the statement of the Jahmiyyah" Yes, because the statement of the Jahmiyyah is greater and more vile.
