Explanation of the Book of Purification-12

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And his statement: "From 'Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the description of ablution:
The Prophet (ﷺ) rinsed his mouth and sniffed and blew (his nose) with water three times. He sniffed up and blew his nose with the same hand from which he took the water. ثم تمضمض واستنثر ثلاثاً يمضمض ويستنثر من الكف الذي يأخذ منه الماء
Bulugh al-Maram 53
Abu Dawud narrated it.
And from 'Abdullah ibn Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the description of ablution:
The Prophet (ﷺ) put his hand (in the utensil) rinsed (his mouth) and sniffed up and blew (his nose) from one scoop (of water). He did that three times. ثم أدخل صلى الله عليه وسلم يده فمضمض واستنشق من كف واحد ، يفعل ذلك ثلاثاً
Bulugh al-Maram 54
"
: The hadith of 'Ali says:
He rinsed his mouth and snorted out the water تمضمض واستنثر
: He rinses his mouth and snorts out the water from the palm from which he takes the water.
"Abu Dawud narrated it": Its apparent meaning is that it is one palm from which he rinses his mouth three times and sniffs water three times, and this indicates the lightness of the water used for sniffing and rinsing the mouth, because with one palm, a person remains able to rinse his mouth three times and sniff water three times, and after sniffing, he will snort it out, and water must inevitably leak from the hand between the fingers, so the last one will be very little. Therefore, performing this sunnah (recommended practice) involves difficulty, but nevertheless, it is necessary; if the wording is compatible with it, it is necessary to act upon it.
