It also contains evidence in his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
for we will surely come to them with soldiers that they will be powerless to encounter فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّهُمْ بِجُنُودٍ لا قِبَلَ لَهُمْ بِهَا
[Surat al-Naml: 37] regarding the multitude of Sulayman's troops, because this queen had great intellect, and she had with her people who were obedient and submissive to her commands. He says:
for we will surely come to them with soldiers that they will be powerless to encounter فَلَنَأْتِيَنَّهُمْ بِجُنُودٍ لا قِبَلَ لَهُمْ بِهَا
[Surat al-Naml: 37] and he did not specify these troops, but it was mentioned at the beginning of the story that his troops were of three types: the jinn, the humans, and the birds. He could unleash all of these upon them; if he unleashed the jinn, they would have no ability to withstand them, and if he unleashed the birds to dig out their eyes, they would also have no ability to withstand them.
The conclusion is: that the troops of Sulayman were such that these people could not confront them, neither in quantity nor in quality.
