Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If one buys date palms that have been pollinated and stipulates that the fruit is his, then sells them, does the fruit belong to the seller or to the buyer who sold them?

The Shaykh : It is said: If one sells a pollinated date palm and the buyer stipulates that the fruit is his, then the buyer sells it to another, the fruit belongs to the buyer, the first buyer, unless the second buyer stipulates that it is his.

The questioner : If his right has attached to it?

The Shaykh : Yes, but no, his right has attached to it because he stipulated it, and his stipulation that it is his will increase the price; the seller is not going to leave it for him for nothing, yes.
