The reciter: Sa'id ibn Yahya ibn Sa'id al-Qurashi narrated to us, saying: My father narrated to us, saying: Abu Burdah ibn Abdullah ibn Abu Burdah narrated to us from Abu Burdah from Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: Mishkat al-Masabih 46Isnād Da'īf (Zubair `Aliza'i).
The Shaykh : This can be said in two ways: "Which is the best of Islam" with regard to dealing with whom? People, like the first one.

Thus, this indicates submission to Allah by way of a fortiori argument."
I asked what aspect of Islam was most excellent, and he replied that it was to be seen in him from whose tongue and hand the Muslims were safe.
