Explanation of the author's statement: It contains issues; the first is: the difference between the covenant of Allah, the covenant of His Prophet, and the covenant of the Muslims.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Then the author (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "It contains issues. The first issue:" I don't have the first one with me, but the difference is that for you, it is the first one.
"The first is the difference between the covenant of Allah, the covenant of His Prophet, and the covenant of the Muslims" Here, if he (may Allah have mercy on him) had said, "The difference between the covenant of Allah and the covenant of His Prophet, and the covenant of the Muslims," it would have been clearer. Because when you read this verse, you might think that the differences are among all three, but that is not the case. The covenant of Allah and the covenant of His Prophet are one, and the difference between them and the covenant of the Muslims is: what is the difference? The difference is that the covenant of Allah and the covenant of His Prophet is for those who are besieged; it is forbidden and not permissible. The covenant of the Muslims, however, is permissible.
