Review of the explanation of the two verses that preceded: "… A joined nun and what is attached to it *** So open it, and say that he who kasr-izes it has spoken.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : As previously stated, the dual and what is attached to it is raised with alif and accusative and genitive with ya, whereas the sound masculine plural and what is attached to it is raised with waw and accusative and genitive with ya. Thus, in the genitive and accusative cases, it is like the dual, but the difference is the one the author indicated by saying:
"And the nun of the joined [plural] and what is attached to it *** So open it, and say that he who kasr-izes it has spoken
And the nun of the dual and what is attached to it *** Use the opposite of that, so be attentive"

The difference is that the nun of the sound masculine plural is open (fathah) and the nun of the dual is kasr-ized.
So you say: "The two men came" and "I honored the two men" and "I passed by the two men."
And you say: "The Muslims came" and "I honored the Muslims" and "I passed by the Muslims."
This is the standard language. There is a weak language that opens the nun of the dual and kasr-izes the nun of the sound masculine plural, but it is weak, not to be relied upon, and is not accepted from anyone who speaks in this language now, because our language now is not even Arabic to the extent that we would say: "These are our dialects." Rather, it is a composite language of Arabic and non-Arabic. So we must return to the standard language in our speech.
