Ruling on paying an amount of money to the company in addition to the price of the car

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I am an employee and I want to buy a car on installments, but my bank refused to approve the sale documents. Is it permissible for me to pay an amount of money to the company in addition to the price of the car so that they will agree to sell it to me?

Answer: There is nothing wrong with selling on installments, provided that the car or the commodity is in their possession. You buy it for known installments, and there is nothing wrong with that.
However, do not buy something that is not in their ownership. If it does not work out through your bank, but you can buy it on installments through another route, I am not aware of any obstacle to that. The important thing is that the commodity is in the seller's possession, that he owns it and has taken possession of it, and that the price is known.
