I ask you to be kind and answer this question:
An endowment that includes a sacrificial animal, where the trustee of this endowment proposes placing it in a joint-stock company to sacrifice from its revenue, is this permissible?
Answer: And upon you be peace, and Allah’s mercy and blessings, and after that:
There is nothing wrong with placing this endowment in a joint-stock company that does not deal in riba (usury or interest), provided that the company is trustworthy and the sacrifice is made from the revenue. And success is from Allah.
And peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
