Ruling on the attendance of children under the age of seven at the mosque?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The attendance of young boys under the age of seven?

Answer:
For those under the age of seven, it is better to leave them at home, if that is possible, so that they do not disturb the people. But if they attend, they do no harm. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I hear an infant crying so I make the prayerإني أسمع بكاء الصبي فأتَجَوَّز
Sunan Ibn Majah 990Sahih (Darussalam)
and he did not forbid them; because one may need to bring them, or may be compelled to do so if there is no one to look after them, such as if their mother is not present, or is divorced, or is dead, or if there are young orphans in his care with no one to look after them... As for a boy who has reached the age of seven, he prays with the people.
