The ruling on taking noisy children under the age of seven to the mosque

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: What is the ruling on taking children under the age of seven to the mosque if they cause a disturbance to the worshippers?
It is not permissible for the guardian of young children who cause a disturbance to the worshippers or disorder in the mosque to take them with him, unless he protects them completely. If it happens that they come without their guardian being informed, then it is obligatory for the imam or the officials in the mosque to notify their guardian so that he can prevent them.
As for those who cite the taking of al-Hasan and al-Husayn,So we say to them: no harm came from them. We are speaking about those who cause harm to the worshippers or to the mosque. As for if there is no harm, then accustoming boys to attending the mosques is undoubtedly good.
