Combining: “Whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah” and the Hadith of the Card

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
May Allah reward you. Like the Hadith of the Card?

Answer:
And so with the Hadith of the Card, and others, meaning if one commits to the rights of the two testimonies. As for if one testifies that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, but abandons prayer, or denies its obligation, he is a disbeliever. Or if he denies the obligation of fasting, or denies the obligation of zakah, or denies the obligation of Hajj to the House, or commits unlawful sexual intercourse, or consumes intoxicants, he deserves what is obligatory upon him. He must commit to the rights of “There is no god but Allah” and the rights of the two testimonies, which are performing the obligatory acts of Allah and abandoning the prohibitions of Allah.
