What is the ruling on one who cites the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) improvisation on the Day of the Trench as evidence for the permissibility of Islamic anthems?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : What is the ruling on one who cites the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) improvisation as evidence for the permissibility of Islamic anthems?

The Shaykh : In any case, what is called Islamic anthems, when they first appeared among the people, there was nothing wrong with them, as there was nothing objectionable in them. But now, it has reached me that they have changed and been turned into the refrains of low songs. This is one thing. Also, the best young men in terms of voice are chosen for them, which makes this a cause of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). Otherwise, if they had remained as they were at first, there would have been benefit in them, and in their time they did have benefit, because the people used them instead of vulgar songs, and they were beneficial in their time.
